Pushpabai Kelavani Mandal, was established in the year 1986 by Late Mrs. Ushaben R. Bhatia the only founder and establisher of the school. Her vision was to inculcate the moral values and teach the ethics of life to each child to develop their personality and to have the ability to showcase their inner talents without any fear or hindrance.

In the same year the concept of the Jeevan Vikas High School was brought into existence with primary classes and was taken to the great heights.
